The Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE) will be hosting the 2025 Annual Summit in Milwaukee. Industry Partners will have the opportunity to network with professionals from all over the state during the Industry Partner Showcase.

Whether your organization is a destination, venue, product, or service doing business with associations, this is an event you will not want to miss!

The Showcase will be held during lunch at the Annual Summit where attendees will be able to move throughout the showcase. Attendees will also be encouraged to play an interactive game to engage with Industry Partners.

Industry Partner Showcase Important Information

  • Location: The Pfister Hotel (424 E Wisconsin Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202)
  • Showcase Date: Wednesday, November 5, 2025
  • Showcase Set-up: 10:00am - 11:00am (Please be aware of this short window for set-up. Space must be set by 11:00am)
  • Industry Partner Showcase & Lunch: 11:00am - 12:30pm
  • Showcase Tear-down: 12:30pm - 1:30pm (Tear-down begins immediately following the showcase & lunch)

Industry Partner Showcase Registration

Registration is available on a first come, first served basis by October 15, 2025. Registrations received after October 15th cannot be guaranteed on printed materials.

Please note that Industry Partner Showcase registration does not include registration to the Annual Summit. Attendees must register for the Annual Summit separately.

Showcase Registration Includes:

  • One 6-foot table
  • One table representative (Additional table representatives may attend for an additional fee)
    • (Annual Summit registration and educational sessions not included)
  • Recognition on the WSAE website, printed materials
  • Participation in the Industry Partner Showcase game and opportunity to offer a door prize

Please be mindful that the format of this event is designed for networking and relationship development. Displays are allowed but storage space for these items in your designated Showcase Space is limited.

Please note that registration for the full Annual Summit is not included in the Industry Partner Showcase registration. Representatives who wish to attend the full Annual Summit, will need to register as an attendee separately.

Cancellations received in writing by November 22, will receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee. NO REFUNDS will be issued after November 22, 2025.
