The Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE) is seeking venue partners interested in hosting one of the 2027 WSAE educational events through a collaborative partnership arrangement. 

WSAE events bring together association executives, meeting planners, and industry partners from across Wisconsin, professionals who regularly influence venue, lodging, catering, and event purchasing decisions.

As a nonprofit organization, WSAE is focused on delivering exceptional member experiences while being responsible stewards of our resources. We are particularly interested in partnering with venues that see value in showcasing their property and services to a highly targeted audience of decision-makers and event professionals.

WSAE believes that our Wisconsin venues will deem the opportunity to host as a valuable investment since it is comprised of individuals and companies who host many of their own meetings and conventions throughout Wisconsin on a regular basis.

If you are an Industry Partner who does not have a physical location and still wish to support the 2027 programming, please review the proposals for the reception options, consider financially partnering with a venue you are familiar with and feel welcome to get creative on how you believe you could best help support the WSAE in conduction exceptional education events in 2027.

Priority will be granted to WSAE Industry Partner members.

• Women's Forum | April 2027
• Live@________  (city or venue destination name) | Between May-July 2027
• CEO Retreat | June or July 2027
• Annual Summit | Early November 2027

*NOTE: Properties located near and between Milwaukee and Madison where the majority of WSAE members reside and work are sought for the Live@ and Annual Summit events. The dates identified are firm, the locations may vary. The Live@ and CEO Retreat events are open to the entire state.
