Jodi Fisher, CAE, CMP
Chief Executive Officer

Since 1995, Jodi Fisher has been providing executive support to Associations, Fortune 500 companies, small business owners, and volunteer-led associations, and in 2006 she founded Impact Association Management. Jodi guides her team to successfully manage medium sized Associations, from local chapters to international societies.

Her passion lies in developing her staff to provide efficient, professional services that ultimately lead to strategic, continuous organizational growth for our Association clients.

Jodi serves on leadership roles in the Association Management community including ASAE’s AMC Advisory Council, WSAE’s Board of Directors, and AMCI’s Annual Meeting Committee.

In her off time, Jodi loves to travel, work off her stress at the gym, camp with her family, watch the Badgers, and pretty much anything outdoors when Wisconsin weather cooperates!

 


Jackie Trevorrow, SHRM-CP

Jackie Trevorrow, SHRM-CP, is a Human Resources Consultant at The Employer Group in Verona, WI. Jackie has been in the HR world for about 8 years in various roles including payroll, benefits, and HR consulting and has worked with just about every industry and company size. In her current role, she supports organizations of all sizes and industries on anything HR related – employee relations issues, compliance, employee and manager trainings, creating compliant handbooks, job description creation, compensation, recruitment, new employee onboarding and benefits orientation and so much more!


 

Barb Kachelski, MBA
Retired in 2023

 

She served more than a decade as executive director of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, an international professional development association that changes the lives of patients by training dentists in the art and science of improving patients’ health while increasing patients’ confidence.
She previously served as senior vice president/chief operations officer for the Credit Union Executives Society, Madison, Wis. There, she was responsible for CUES executive education and meetings, publications, marketing and professional development. She also spearheaded regional and international collaborative partnerships.

 

Kachelski is former chair of the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives Board of Directors. She has served as an officer of the American Society of Association Executives Technology Section Council, chairman of ASAE’s Chapter Relations Section, ex officio member of ASAE’s Board of Directors and on Association Forum of Chicagoland’s content committee. Kachelski received her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 1998. She has served as an author and speaker for ASAE and several of its Allied societies.

 

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s Executive MBA program, Kachelski began her association career at the Fulton County Chamber of Commerce in Gloversville, New York. She went on to serve as membership director of Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce, the state chamber of commerce and manufacturing association.
